Langwarrin Cricket Club competes proudly in the Mornington Peninsula Cricket Association and is dedicated to delivering high-quality cricket programs for men, women, boys, and girls. We strive to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where every player—no matter their age or ability—feels supported, respected, and encouraged to grow.
Our programs
Woolworths Blasters
Designed for children aged 5 to 8 years old, the Blasters program is all about introducing kids to the game of cricket in a supportive and exciting environment. Judging by the smiles and energy at every session, it’s safe to say our young players had an absolute blast!
A highlight of the season was seeing five of our Blasters take part in a once-in-a-lifetime experience, playing during the lunch break of the Women’s Test Match at the MCG—a memory they’ll never forget.
Junior Cricket
Langwarrin Cricket Club fielded six senior teams this past season, with our top four sides playing a mix of one-day and two-day matches, and our 5th and 6th XIs competing in the one-day competition. A highlight was our 6th XI—a father-son team that brought great spirit and enjoyment to the club.
We had a strong season on the field, with five teams making the semi-finals and three reaching grand finals. While we didn’t take home a premiership, the results have built plenty of excitement for next season.
As a large and inclusive club, we’re proud to promote a One Club culture, where players across all grades support each other—offering skills workshops and mentoring to help everyone improve and feel part of something bigger.
Senior Cricket
This season, we proudly fielded teams across all junior age groups—from Under 10s through to Under 18s—welcoming new families and seeing strong development across the board. Our dedicated volunteer coaches and team managers played a huge role in creating a fun and supportive environment, and we thank them for their incredible efforts.
Several of our teams reached finals, and it was fantastic to see such high levels of participation and enthusiasm. Even better—many of our junior players have already committed to returning next season!
